                                        भारत-पाकिस्तान के बीच तनाव के कारण भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच लंबे समय से चल रहे तनाव और युद्धों के कई कारण हैं, जिनमें से मुख्य निम्नलिखित हैं: 1.  विभाजन और धार्मिक विवाद (1947) 1947 में भारत के विभाजन के समय हिंदू-मुस्लिम हिंसा और अविश्वास ने दोनों देशों के बीच गहरी दरार पैदा कर दी। पाकिस्तान एक मुस्लिम-बहुल राष्ट्र के रूप में अस्तित्व में आया, जबकि भारत ने धर्मनिरपेक्षता को अपनाया। 2.  कश्मीर विवाद विभाजन के समय कश्मीर के राजा हरि सिंह ने भारत में विलय पर हस्ताक्षर किए, लेकिन पाकिस्तान ने इसे स्वीकार नहीं किया। 1947-48, 1965, 1971 और 1999 (कारगिल युद्ध) में कश्मीर को लेकर युद्ध हुए। आज भी कश्मीर का एक हिस्सा पाकिस्तान के कब्जे में है (PoK), जबकि भारत इसे अपना अभिन्न अंग मानता है। 3.  1971 का युद्ध और बांग्लादेश का निर्माण पाकिस्तान के पूर्वी हिस्से (अब बांग्लादेश) में स्वतंत्रता आंदोलन के दौरान भारत ने बांग्लादेश का समर्थन किया। इस...
